- The requirement of change molds produce different paper cups

- Need the paper cups have the same diameter,this is demanded by the bottom punching part are fixed .Change this part is impossiable.So this part decide the bottom diameter must be the same.
- The same coning (the angle of the paper cups)
The mold used to sealing the paper cup body (paper-cup-fan-wall) decide the coning of the paper cups,you can change it with the same size mold.
It is very difficult for you to change different coning mold.If you really do this,many parts in the paper cup machine should regulate.And you may let the some parts breakdown.So this require the changing cups should have the same coning.
- You can change the paper cups height less than 50mm(H1<50mm)).The reason is when the machines are finished,some parts are fixed and limited.Also note that the total height of the cups should not over 125mm (the machine's limited)(H1+H<=125mm).
- If your require is over the normal machine's limited,we can do it special for you.

- C=coning (The angle of the paper cups/bowls/buckets).
- T=Top diameter (inside) of the paper cups.
- B=bottom diameter (inside) of the paper cups.
- B1=bottom width of the paper cups.
- H=the cups height.
- B3=bottom sealing height.
- F=side sealing width(the cup-body side sealing width).
- B2=the cup body width( just sealing the the paper cup-side) .
- B4=the sealing bottom long(this is a little shorter than the dimensions of B3) ,

- T-the top diameter (inside),B-bottom diameter(inside),H-the height of the cups.
- T-the top diameter(inside),B1-bottom width of the paper cups,H-the height of the cups.
- C-coning, T or B or B1.
- Note:If you don't give us the dimensions of B3 and F,we will let those dimensions as the normal ones.
- B3=5mm for cups, 8-10mm for bowls, 8-16 for buckets.
- F=8mm for cups, 10mm for bowls, 12mm for buckets.
