In our paper cup machinery,paper bowl machinery,paper bucket machiney,the raw material paper called PE (Polythene) coated paper.There are two types: one-side(single side) PE coated paper,Two-side (double sides) PE coated paper.Those two types of paper are used to making paper cups.The PE film inside prevent the water or other liquid lead out .The PE coated paper from 150gsm to 350 gsm are all suitable to making paper cups in our cup machines.
- The differenence between one-side PE coated paper and two-side PE coated paper:
One-side PE coated paper : means that only inside layer of the paper cups is coated with PE (Polythene) film outside layer isn't coated.
Two-side PE coated paper: means the inside and outside layers of the paper cups are all coated with PE film.
One-side PE coated paper cups mainly used for hot drinks and some cold drinks,and some beverage.And this kind of paper is not suitable for some cold drinks like coke.The reason is when a certain cold drinks is put in the one-side PE coated paper cups, the paper will become soften and the liquid will leak out.
Two-side PE coated paepr cups suitable for all kind of use,hot drinks ,cold drinks,ice-cream,all kind of beverages.
- The raw material used to making paper plates is called Cardboard paper.
